• Static QR codes only
• QR codes expire after 1 month

4.2 Paid Plans

• Pro and Business plans include free trial periods
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Plan changes may be restricted during active subscription periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Create QR codes containing malicious or illegal content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GetInstantQR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
